I do hot yoga and I have tried all the different "electrolyte" and "hydration" packets. These are by far the best. I enjoy the flavors being different than what is typical to market and they taste great! Got me through marathon training as well!

These are stupidly good-stupidly good I say!!! The only reasons that I do not rate them five stars are 1. they are rather pricey for what you get 2. they use sucralose, which is among artificial sweeteners linked with dementia. That said, epic authentic Asian flavors with no sugar + smartly selected vitamins-the strawberry yogurt knows no rival in the electrolyte drink taste department IMO
