Mizkan has many amazing rice vinegars. Whenever I see them on sale, I stock up on the ones I love. The rice vinegar that is natural, mild and mellow, tastes good over avoc on rice! I also love the seasoned rice vinegar and put lots in my sushi bowls I make with rice, carrots, cucumber and avocado.
