Misen earns positive reviews for sharp, well-balanced knives that hold an edge and feel comfortable for long prep, though some users report initial sharpness fading. Reviews also praise durable stainless and carbon steel pans once seasoned, but note nonstick coatings wearing out within a year, carbon steel seasoning challenges, and an overly long handle that complicates oven use.
