This curry paste is such a standout! It’s warm and aromatic with hints of cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and shallots and honestly feels like a shortcut to curry magic. I love that it’s organic, oil-free, and full of simple, clean ingredients without any weird extras . It works beautifully as a base for soups, stir‑fries, or curries, and it’s mild but packed with flavor, super flexible and so, so tasty. Definitely a staple in my pantry now!

I tried the Green Curry Paste as it was the only one sold in Wholefoods and while I think it had a good flavor and spice level overall it was missing that authentic Thai taste. I also had to use quite a lot compared to other brands to get my curry pretty flavorful.
