Not a fan, I'm afraid to say. Pill does not taste very good, is quite frankly enormous, and honestly barely provides any magnesium relative to the size of the pill. I also don't understand why every pill uses whole foods at the expense of dosage.

I bought this for my teen child who was borderline anemic. She’s been taking these supplements for over a month. They’ve increased her energy but she cannot get over the metallic taste but these were better than another brand we’ve used.

I like that this brand uses natural ingredients, but I think that this reflects equally in how their products taste. The prenatal I tried tastes natural that's for sure, and the blood builder liquid iron was very hard for me to stomach. At the end of the day the products are healthy and work.

I hated the nasty metallic taste towards the end but initially it has a faint fruity taste that I liked and I took this iron in addition to my vitamin D and B12 I feel like another person I'm able to get stuff done and I'm seeing results and I noticed high energy levels. Definitely recommend it if you can get over the metallic aftertaste !!!! Very effective product though.
