  • This knocked my socks off. The was ride or die for the Skinceuticals Ferulic C for a decade, but technology has really progressed. This sits beautifully on the skin under makeup, is more shelf stable, and costs so much less. I’m a convert.

  • This is an effective retinal product at a good price point. My skin responded really well to it immediately, and I didn’t experience any sensitivity. I had previously used the Shani Dardin retinal, and the level 6 feels comparable in strength. I appreciate that you can march up and will probably opt for level 10 as a repurchase.

  • This is a potent Vitamin C serum. It only takes a few drops to cover my whole face and neck. The bottle has lasted forever! You can feel it get really warm and feel that's it's working when you apply it to your skin. The texture is like an oil but it soaks into skin pretty quickly and doesn't leave any oily or nasty feel behind, and makes skin feel moisturized. It doesn't leave it dry or anything. After each use my skin is instantly brighter. It makes my face soft and smooth, and has brightened my complexion for all around better looking skin. My dark acne scars have even faded. (For reference, I have combo, light, acne-prone skin with scars and dark spots). People who have sensitive skin might want to slip this one though, because I could definitely see it causing a reaction for those who don't tolerate certain products too well.

  • This is a new daily must-have for me. It goes on so nicely and really does brighten my skin. That said, the dispensing mechanism is a nightmare for me so I can't give this a five. It never dispenses product on the first pump and then sends out far too much at once

  • Gentle enough for nightly use but still makes a visible difference in brightness and fine lines. The texture is silky, and it layers well under concealer. Doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. It has gotten rid of my fine lines and smoothes my undereye.

  • Multi-Weight Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Works well and a little goes a long way. I appreciate how my skin feels and looks refreshed. It is on the pricey side so I'll keep looking for something more affordable with similar properties.

  • Best vitamin C serum, no contest! I’ve tried them all. Drunk elephant doesn’t hold a candle to this one. The expensive retinol is also great though prescription tretinoin is going to be better than anything you can buy without a prescription.

  • I was dissatisfied with my skincare routine recently and looked into using a retinaldehyde. I landed on Medik8 crystal retinal and started midway at level 6. I saw results, but was looking for stronger since my skin is not retinoid naive. I then tried their r-Retinoate Day/Night. That feels so different, silky smooth! It is so expensive and I didn’t feel it was superior. I decided to switch back to the crystal retinal at level 10. These products work, just very pricey.
