I like this brand because they make cookies that are low in sugar and still taste good. The cookies I tried I liked, but the date taste I feel does retract from the experience at least a bit.

I really like the flavor of dates and coconut nectar, so it doesn’t detract from my enjoyment of these at all. I have been eating the soft cookies, and they’re all so good, I have to put the box right back in the pantry to keep myself from eating the whole box in one go. I really appreciate the fruity complex undertones that the fruit sweeteners provide. the tenderness of the cookie is a nice departure from crunchy cookies. They’re almost like a blondie. An oaty blondie.

These are OK. I was honestly disappointed with them. I thought with the ingredients that they would be a lot more tastier and a lot more satisfying than they were. :/ That said it's been a while since I've had them so maybe they are better now?

In their own words
Maxine’s Heavenly makes delicious, homemade-style cookies that are Sweetened By Nature™. Our founders loved mom Maxine’s cookies, but not the ingredients, so they played with swapping out the unhealthy ingredients for better-for-you ones until they landed on magic – a cookie that was wholesome and still tasted like mom's.
