Olive oil is having its moment, and I'm so glad to have found Masseria's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A lot of the EVOO that claim to be "clean" are actually diluted with different oils, and the glass bottled olive oils hinder the resilience to oxidation, and reduce its healthy properties and modify its flavor. I've used masseria for the past few months now, and have ditched previous oils from my pantry. The biggest factor for me was that it's not oily - I didn't know what EVOO was really supposed to taste like until masseria. I learned that it's also imported straight from Sicily and never blended or processed with non-organic olives. They're on a mission to bring transparency back to the olive oil industry! This is the best tasting and clean olive oil I've ever had. Not to forget to mention that it's AAPI Female Owned!!

The price can be offsetting to some, but it's truly worth every penny. I've *never* been one to splurge on pantry goods - typically go for the generic brand oil - but I've learned that it's important to invest in something when you consume it every day. I feel bad using it to cook (since it's so delicious on its own) but it really maximizes the flavor profile in every dish. It's extremely delicious, and you get a lot of product in each bottle!
