I first tried Marie Sharp's hot sauces on a trip to Belize (where it's made). At most restaurants, there are several different options to try (mild, smoky, very hot, etc.), and I really missed them when I got back home to the states. I was so excited to see that they're sold in some Kroger stores, and you can buy them on Amazon. You can also buy a big jug, which I've definitely considered, since it's my favorite hot sauce (especially the Smokin' flavor). It's great on eggs, BBQ, and so many other dishes!

A friend went on a cruise to Belize 20 years ago and brought me a bottle of Belizean Heat he stole from a restaurant table and I have been obsessed ever since. It is my favorite hot sauce in the world. I love it, I carry it with me and I always have it in my house. It is a hot sauce that I think works on everything. Certain hot sauces only work with Mexican flavors or Asian flavors but this works on ALL food for me. It's spicy but adds flavor which not all hot sauces do. I buy it off amazon but a lot of little hot sauce shops carry it.
