LOVE this product! I am always looking for a cleaner way to balance my hormones and Marea has been one of my favorite ways to do so. 

I do wish it would dissolve a little better. I stir well and there is always a bit left at the bottom - making for a tart last bit.

I really like that this is a lemonade flavor instead of fruity.  After 1 week I felt the results and am now on week 3.  I will continue to take it as I noticed decreased PMS symptoms as well as shorter duration of symptoms.  Really wish I had tried this sooner! I do use about 8-10 oz of water instead of just 6 for a slightly less tart lemonade.

I've been taking Marea for about two months, and I love it. I love their updated formula with bulk packaging so you don't have the waste of individual serving packets everyday. BUT I also keep some of the individual packets on hand so that I can take those with me when I'm traveling. I've noticed a decrease in PMS symptoms (especially mood swings and cramping), and I love that it's beneficial for overall hormone balancing, not just for PMS/PMDD symptoms.
