Started to look into the benefits of Magnesium as a supplement, and came across this brand. I like the simplicity and straight-talking detail the brand goes into in terms of the how & why & what this formula can help with. Extra points for the hydration bonus it comes in - which, as a box, comes in individual sachets making it great for on-the go— especially in the summer. The Blood Orange flavour is DELICIOUS— sour, but not too much and most importantly, does not taste fake. It also came with a trial sachet of the Watermelon (pictured, which... I'd give a miss TBH).
