This delivers precisely what it says it will. It was life altering and beyond easy to adopt and incorporate into my life. The habits I am still formulating have drastically improved my energy, outlook and literally taught me how to be more self aware. The scientists behind this program completely understand how to make significant changes in daily habits that will stay with me for the remainder of my life. What a pleasure to discover something that delivers.
