It’s a bold, bright blue that pops, especially on my waterline or as a graphic liner. The formula is super creamy and glides on without tugging, which I appreciate, especially around the eyes. It gives off a decent amount of pigment in one swipe, but if you want it intense, you might need to layer it a bit. I noticed that once it sets, it doesn’t smudge too much, but it’s not 100% percent budge-proof either, especially if you have watery eyes or wear it all day. I’ve worn it both on its own and as a base under blue shadows, and it helps the color look more vibrant. I didn’t have any irritation with it, and I like how easy it is to throw in a bag for touch-ups. For the price, it’s a solid little crayon if you’re into bright colors and want something easy to use
