When I occasionally need a sleep aid I tend to turn to THC gummies. I found that the Lumi Gummies are both tasty and gentle. Im not a sophisticated enough CBD/THC user to differentiate specific strains/terpenes etc., but I appreciate that they provide the information. I like that the gummies dont taste too strongly of THC/CBD and that they are vegan.
