I would avoid the store like the plague. They put in a childless policy, which means they won’t let you accompany your child to try on clothing. They want to do it for you, so they can feel your child up and do inappropriate things with children, which is what this company is all about. Definitely avoid, we have spent tens of thousand dollars, just this year with this company but will no longer do so. They make a crappy product, have horrible employees, and overall the companies poorly run now that they become famous. The worst part is they want to separate you from your child so that they can do inappropriate things with them in the dressing room. 1

This review is based on customer service and shipping. For a company to be justified in charging what Lululemon charges, customer service and shipping practices should be top notch. They are subpar. Worst shipping I have experienced by a large company. Customer service? Both online and phone call were busts. Spent almost an hour trying to even locate my order and was told, “It will be processed. You’ll hear something.” If it wasn’t a gift, I would return the order. Overrated products and company.

Lululemon has the best quality workout or everyday attire! You can wear anywhere and look classy! I prefer to air dry most of my Lululemon clothes to preserve the quality and appearance of them. Fast drying time! Always look amazing!

I love this brand! They also offer a good product warranty; it is totally worth the money.

I bought a pair of pants and I picked the wrong ones and it was my fault, I'm not arguing that. I wore them for a couple hours and came home and accidentally washed them. I felt in my heart it was the right thing to do and fully disclose this info. The pants were in perfect condition and the only fault was... they'd been washed. Lululemon would not take them back and refused to give me any money back. It's just sad and I think unfair. I still think honesty was the best policy but ya may need to know what you're dealing with in this company...jus saying

I thought I learned a lesson the last. time I tried ordering online with Lululemon, but again, a disaster! I received two gift cards. First one was missing a number after peeling off the sticking, second one had half of the numbers stuck on the sticker and couldn't be read. After an hour and a half on the phone sending them pictures of my cards explaining the situation, then being told it would be 3 days before I would hear back, I had to leave my items, that were on sale and sure to be gone soon, in my cart. Such a big and overpriced company should have better gift cards and customer service than this! I spent a LOT on Lululemon for my kids Christmas presents. I will never purchase from them again. I have also heard this story from many of my friends! Shame on Lululemon!

Low quality items, at this point the company is preying on people and they are targeting certain population which is sad! You could do better!

Lululemon has taken care of me since my Canadian Baseball playing days. They are quick to solve my problems and always provide great input on how new apparel can fit my lifestyle.

Best leggings to workout, run and for yoga and pilates

I’ve had a pair of their leggings for the last 7 years, love them. They have been durable and long lasting (This is coming from a blue collar worker who has dropped barbwire on these leggings) love the quality! For the price they are definitely worth it for how long they have lasted and they are still going strong🤌🏻

I ordered a Scuba Oversized Half-Zip Hoodie Heathered Core Ultra Light Grey and a Textured Fleece Collared Jacket from the luluemon website. Everything was perfect!!

Love lulu! Their product guarantee is fantastic when accessed through the website. I have never understood why the same process isn’t replicated in store!

Lululemon will always be my go to for leggings - they fit perfectly and have different lengths which is great for someone who is short like me. Compared to other brands I feel like they fit tight which is good for workouts! Other products are good but definitely go for the leggings over other products

I love that they offer some modest workout gear. I dress modestly and thanks to their swifty long-sleeved shirts I still feel cute while working out. It's honestly pretty expensive but worth it if you wear it often.

I’ve spent some money to purchase some gently used Lululemon items and I have to say they hold up very well. I have looked at the size dots and seen that some of my pieces are 5 years old and they look brand new despite my wearing them every week my newest item is 3 years old and everything if washed properly and hung dry continues to look like new clothing with minimal wear and tear. One thing I do not purchase is the align leggings, it seems to be a favorite amongst most but I’ve never found a pair second hand without pilling. I tend to lean towards the Luxtreme fabrics for leggings and they do not seem to show the same signs of wear as align material. I do however have a wonderful Align Tank that does not show wear similar to the align leggings. Must have something to do with the friction of legs brushing together when walking that causes it. I like to buy mine secondhand at a reasonable price through sellers on Jamble or the LuluLikeNew website. Lululikenew has impressively fast shipping speeds! I purchased from them last Friday and got my items on Sunday!

Love the variety

I have been ordering online shopping for years on dozens of websites in the world from all companies and brands and I have never encountered such insolence as in your case! I get a gist of a gift card for $800, I placed an order a month and a half ago!!! The order for more than 500 dollars, and Lulumelon decided to split the shipment into three shipments! And also they want to collect from me every time taxes, handling fees and commissions that Im not supposed to pay at all, some of the items still haven't arrived simply disgrace and heartache, a real shame for a company like yours. Disgusting service
