Low Desk reviews and discussion

I bought a desk in November. 3 months later, I emailed their customer service where they told me days later that they "forgot" to send the desk to me. A month later, I get the parts for the desk. The parts are all jumbled together, unorganized, mixed and with no instructions. I had to search for instructions online which were vague and uninformative. After hours of organizing the pieces, I discovered that Low Desk sent me pieces for two different model desks, neither of which were the one I ordered. And both models were missing pieces. In short: - Extremely late delivery - Wrong products sent - No instructions - Missing pieces
