  • This was ok... it tasted fine but not amazing and the nutrition isn't all that much better than other ramens. I keep some in my desk for the days I forgot a lunch and I'm desperate for some sustenance, but will not repurchase

  • Lotus Foods makes the most unique flavors of ramen I have found. I like the Jade Pearl flavor best. It is an interesting flavor and brings a level of quality to the ramen that is not found in other brands.

  • These ramen noodles are such a pantry hero! They’re made with just millet and brown rice, organic, gluten-free, and totally simple. I love the subtle nutty flavor and how nicely they hold up after cooking. Ready in just 4 minutes, they’re perfect for lazy dinners or when I want something nourishing and easy. Definitely a staple I always stock up on.

  • I love Lotus Rice Ramen. They’re gluten free and vegan and taste delicious. I split a pack because one pack can feed two people. I’ve bought two different flavors of their ramen and one in a cup while traveling. They’re delicious and I’ll continue to stock up.

  • Finally Brown Rice noodles that don’t contain unhealthy ingredients and keep my digestive system happy! I like the larger pack of just brown rice noodles as well as the Red Miso Soup snack packages. They are easy to keep on hand while traveling, too.

  • Love Lotus Foods, I enjoy their rice ramen noodles. They are gluten free and they have a great taste and the noodles are really good! They also have these noodles called Forbidden Noodles! Super good for you!

  • This ramen soup is made with gluten-free organic brown rice and freeze dried veggies. It’s in a microwaveable cup and can be ready to eat in just 3 minutes. The noodles were a good texture, the soup was satisfying and it had more mushrooms and veggies than I expected. Couldn’t believe how good it was for just 180 calories!

  • I love to buy the noodles of this brand for stir fry dishes, soups, and a pasta alternative dish with avocado. The brand is clean, minimal ing., sustainable, and versatile. There are many options to buy from the brand as well.

  • Lotus has so many rice noodle options. So far I have tried the single-serving and multi-serving noodles. All taste great, and easy to use as side dish to a main meal (or as a main dish topped with tofu, vegetables, or chicken/fish).

  • I love Lotus Rice Ramen in brown rice/millet. They’re gluten free, vegan, and taste amazing. I have been making it lately with red coconut curry and the family loves it. They come in pre-split blocks and a block and half is great for two people.

  • This rice ramen is a great gluten free alternative to regular ramen. It is quick and easy to cook. I got the package that contains just the noodle cakes. They also have single-serve noodle cakes with soup. I am currently trying to find the other flavors and options to try.

  • My kids and I are absolutely obsessed with the Ramen from Lotus Foods - our favorite so far is the Brown Rice & Millet - the Miso seasoning that it comes with is ... chef's kiss! These noodles have a good amount of fiber and not a whole lot of the gross stuff that usually comes along with packaged foods in this category.

  • Lotus Foods Rice Ramen is so good! The noodles have a great texture, and the broth is flavorful without being too salty. It’s a quick, easy meal that feels comforting, and I love that it’s made with rice, so it’s a great gluten-free option. Definitely a go-to when I need something simple but tasty!

  • My favorite ramen on the market! We eat these noodles at least 1-2x a week. Great ingredients, organic, tasty, and easy go to. I love these a red curry or even with some Japanese BBQ sauce. Highly recommend.
