Absolute garbage. I have long, thick, healthy hair that is very manageable. I used the shampoo, conditioner, detangle spray and leave-in. After applying the spray and leave-in, my hair felt like I was combing through a bag of rubber bands but thought maybe it would get better after blow drying….WRONG. My Roots were super greasy and my ends were dry and frizzy. Glad I only purchased the travel pack because it’s back to drugstore brands for this gal.

This product is awful. Left my hair dry and brittle. No shine or bounce. I will not use this product again.

I'm sensitive to strong scents. I don't know if the full-size shampoo & conditioner's scent is as strong as the travel size, but it was so perfumey it gave me a headache. I had to rewash my hair to try to get rid of the "odor". Besides the odor, the performance was meh as well... it left my hair dry, flyaway, and stripped of any shine. It's not at all what I expected, and I'm very disappointed to have spent $40 on a 4-piece travel kit that I'll never use again. Why did JA endorse this stuff? It's surprising, especially because Living Proof was the real deal.

I signed up for this site just to review this product. I was shocked to see that my fav hair product was rated so low. And, rated for things like how it smells. I get compliments regularly about how nice the product smells . I can't say enough about the glossing detangler. I have long (mid-back), thick, full hair. I find the detangler to be great, and it helps a lot with smoothing my hair. I also use it on my 8 year old, who HATES having her hair brushed (it's just like mine), and this detangler is the only product I've found that works without making her hair feel greasy or sticky after. I also have the intensive hair treatment, and yes, it's thick, but my hair has never felt better. I'd recommend trying for yourself. Maybe it doesn't universally work on all hair types (what product does), but it doesn't smell bad like some reviewers are saying, and I think it's the best stuff I've owned.

I love JA so I wanted to try this and I was very disappointed. The first thing I noticed when using the shampoo was that it smelled terrible. The shampoo made my hair very dry and the conditioner, which someone previously stated was hard to get out of the container, did nothing for my hair. I had to used a ton of it to do anything but It actually knotted my hair really bad and it started falling out by the 4th or 5th wash. I tried really hard to like this product, but it was awful. Don’t do it. Loved the brush tho.

I love Jennifer's acting, grace, and hair but what a letdown. I have thick fine hair. I've tried many high end shampoos/conditioners so I don't mind paying for a satisfying product. This shampoo was watery and I had to shampoo quite a few times before I felt my scalp and hair was clean.The conditioner which I had a difficult time even squeezing out of the dispenser did nothing for my tangles and left my hair without any body. Don't bother.

Love it! Worth the money. The only complaint I had was the conditioner bottle was hard to get the product out but they changed the design so I have no complaints. I look forward to washing my hair. I have bought this product three time(shampoo an conditioner).Soft hair that smells so good

I am an avid user of Aveda products. I have now tried every product from Lolavie and loved them all. I have made the switch. I am happy to use products that I feel safe using! I have long colored hair and I am 59. My hair tends to be dry. Lolavie has solved that problem for me. The ingredients in Lolavie products are not harmful to us! Thank you so much for this.

Love the scent! It doesn’t lather up as much as some shampoos but it does get hair clean, which is the purpose of shampoo. The conditioner feels great and a little goes a long way!

LolaVie shampoo and conditioner is NOT for people with dry hair. I tried both on and off for a month to give it a fair trial. The conditioner is so thick it is hard to get out of bottle. When I asked to return and refund they said it was past 14 days. Surprised Jennifer Aniston doesn’t stand behind her product. This poor retired teacher is out $60 bucks. Don’t make the same mistake.

I would have rated this a 0 if I could. I want to warn fellow Canadian's that the 'ship to Canada..." does not work. I ordered (and paid for) the product on November 29th with a delivery date scheduled for December 16th. Each day I checked the delivery status the date moved. It is now December 29th and the delivery date keeps changing again - today it says January 5th. Be careful Canadians when ordering this product.

I have tried everything so far and I still can’t find the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I have been losing hair due to stress and life and verb products destroyed my hair. I ordered the lolavie travel size just to test it and it’s very small but smells great. I didn’t feel like it washed my hair really well but it definitely was softer than usual after my first wash. I also bought the detangler I can brush my hair easily but I didn’t notice big difference. I’m still trying the products and will update once I finish the bottles. I am looking into Davines and Kevin Murphy to see if these products are better for my hair.
