Listen - I'm torn. They have such cute stuff and they have good customer service but - I'm wary because my child HAD to have these amazing shoes and we just had such a meh experience. First off - the sizes are listed all wrong for the shoes - so the shoes are huggggggge but because they only had this size left - we kept them because she loved them. Second - the glitter stones come off so easily. These are pricy products and I am surprised that they aren't more durable. I mean, these are children, but still. But - they have very cute items and good customer service so - I'm sure we'll keep coming back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The dress that I ordered for my little girl was $45 and I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. Not only did they tell me the dress was not available (when it was), they said I had to pay for the return shipping costs of $10, an additional $8 fee (no idea what this fee is for), and another $10 to ship the item back to me in a different size. It's important to note that I already paid $10 in shipping for the initial order. So, for a dress that costs $45, they are making me $38 in shipping costs and fees. Not to mention that the dress is also damaged and I need to return it. They stopped responding to emails and won't let me exchange the dress. I have no choice but to pay the return shipping, explain to my daughter why she can't have the Christmas tree dress that she wanted so badly, and dispute the charge with my bank to recoup some of the money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
