Dealing with chronic pain and just having surgery yesterday with my OBGYN, I was up all night screaming and crying in pain with my blood sugars at 300 which is the highest it’s ever been due to all the medication that gave me during the surgery and during recovery at the hospital as well. I came across log off. I got the melatonin gummies. They have a nice flavor of blackberry and they said a serving size is 1 gummy 30 minutes before bed. I’ve been up since 5:30 am due to all the pan after surgery and am so ready for bed soon. Let’s hope these log off gummies help me get more deeper sleeps.
