  In short, yes buy it if you are not a fussy shopper. Quality is good, sizing accurate and customer service is friendly and helpful. But if you care to read the long story, I will explain why I deducted a star. I ordered recycled plastic shoes and a cleaning kit but received only shoes. Box wasn’t properly sealed - as in, they never sealed it, the double sided sticky tape still had a strip over it and FedEx taped the box shut with their own tape. Customer service was very nice about it and asked whether I preferred replacement or a refund. Unfortunately I returned the shoes as I didn’t find them wearable - the tongue on that design was very long and rough so it rubbed and poked the ankle even with proper socks on. Considering nobody else reported this issue on their website I don’t know what to think. Perhaps majority of the reviews were for vegan leather models (which is supposed to be softer) or maybe I am just an overly sensitive oddball but I never had this issue with shoes before. All said, packing glitches and odd design aside, I still am going to leave them a good rating for otherwise impeccable built, quality materials, good customer service and a mission I believe in. And if the shoes weren’t so environmentally focused? I would only give them 3 stars.
