LMB & Co. reviews and discussion

My experience with LMB & Co., specifically with Hannah Bell, was absolutely unacceptable. I received a defective product—a corduroy cube with a broken zipper—and reached out politely for a resolution. After waiting weeks and sending multiple follow-ups, the responses I finally received were both dismissive and downright rude. Hannah’s initial reply brushed off my concerns with a condescending comment about how this issue “literally never” happens, as though I was lying or exaggerating. Then, she implied that I or my dog had caused the damage, completely dismissing the fact that the product arrived defective. The final response was the most shocking: “Please don’t ever order again thank you very much.” This level of unprofessionalism and outright rudeness is appalling. Rather than addressing the problem or offering a genuine apology, Hannah made it clear she had no interest in resolving the issue or respecting her customers. I cannot recommend LMB & Co. to anyone. Their lack of accountability and the blatant disrespect toward customers is something I’ve never experienced from any other business. Horrible experience would never recommend! I was so excited to purchase some of the items they had they were in my list for months finally ordered and never got a confirmation email then emailed and messaged them on instagram to see if they could help and they blocked me! Horrible people since I was purchasing these items for my disabled son’s therapy sessions! Despicable honestly !
