I’ve yet to open the collagen to try it. Offers 10-20 grams of collagen per serving, I believe. Tried the cocoa and I’m not a huge fan. Going to try again with half the serving size next time. Unsure.

As a certified nutritionist, I'm always looking for the best products for my clients. I've used the collagen and the fish oil pills from Live Conscious and I'm SO impressed. Their collagen really breaks down perfectly in liquids so there are zero clumps, and never any flavor so you can add it to anything. The fish oil has no flavor, isn't one that I tend to burp up (thank goodness) and has a great panel of ingredients with a mixture of types of Omegas, which is super important! Can't recommend enough!
