How can I comment on a customer service if there is literally NO WAY of contacting the company?? No contact information on the website and their only social media (instagram) says you can’t send messages to them! Their products are also shrouded in mystery. I have both a fertiliser and the leaf spray and I can’t even be sure they are working. There are no ingredients. The Phyto+ simply says “biostimulant”. To be fair, it smells like black tea. For all we know it could be a cup of iced tea with some aspirin. For £20. Sorry, but I use both of these products and I keep wondering whether I have the top of the range product or have I been conned. I want to see a proper ingredient list. I want to be able to contact the brand to ask questions. Like, is it safe to use on edible plants? Where can I see the lab results? It is my legal right, you know.
