Liquid Death earns polarizing reviews: many praise its crisp still and sparkling waters, edgy tallboy cans that help non-drinkers blend in at concerts, and recyclable aluminum packaging; others call it “just water,” note metallic or flat tastes, and dislike sweetened flavors and the recent source change to Virginia. Fans highlight flavors like Mango Chainsaw, Severed Lime, Berry It Alive, and teas (Armless Palmer/Dead Billionaire), while critics cite bitter stevia aftertaste, limited carbonation, non‑resealable cans, and inconsistent flavor quality.

It’s literally just water in a pretty can lol
Talk about some overpriced overhyped water. Can’t believe people fall for marketing this way but there’s a sucker born every second.
I’ve mainly had these at festivals. The packaging is very cool - almost reminds me of a beer. Always refreshing.
Amazing quality and really great tasting flavors. Very effective and works as described

The best marketing I’ve seen in a while. People have seen me holding this and wanted one without knowing what beverage is in the can. On a scale from Polar seltzer to Italian mineral water, Liquid Death is right in the middle with its small bubbles and subtle flavor.
Seeing canned water at my bodega encourages me to do do the healthy thing and drink water, rather than grab anther diet coke or energy drink. This product def helps me drink more water and be healthier

TALK ABOUT A COOL F***KING PRODUCT. Great water with great design/marketing. I love that they have expanded into flavored waters, seltzers, and teas. Highly recommend.
My first experience with liquid death was at a concert I was security at, and since then I have been hooked.

Really cool branding, I like the punk rocker vibes and the designs are something I enjoy walking around with and showing off to coworkers and friends. The product itself isn't anything special, sparkling water and flavored seltzers. The best thing about them are the flavor names; Severed Lime, Mango Chainsaw, etc. but the flavors taste a bit chemically and artificial.
There is just something about the taste whether it is the sparkling, still, or their new tea. It only gets better from there as the branding is spot on while also being significantly lower than most other competitors. You do get funny looks sometimes with people thinking you're an alcoholic.
Love the idea behind the brand, it's just water so if you want to spend more $ then go for it. It has a great look on the branding.
Decent sparkling water, not my all time favorite but still pretty good. I love that thanks to Liquid Death it’s now a lot easier to find sparkling water in the us (especially at events). Their regular flat water I like more, i like the mineral taste of it for the regular one.
Such a basic idea, but I love everything about this brand, it’s eco friendly, I hate bottled water. The branding & marketing is so good. I’m so stoked to see a brand like this succeed & the water is real good
It's water and doesn't taste like a metal can. We bought a bunch for the office and some folks loved them and some other folks didn't like the look. It's weird to look like you're drinking a beer at work. Some departments don't set these out when there are clients on the floor. Otherwise, it's easy to recycle and that was our main objective until we install a water filtration system.

Love liquid death solely for the packaging.
Fun and Bad A packaging! Makes delicious sparkling water and fun to recycle packaging. Refreshing and fun colors and flavors.
I admit I didn’t understand the hype. I thought it was plain sparkling water in a fancy can. But this is flavored. And delicious. And perfect when you’re out and want to have a drink—but not drink alcohol or plain soda water. I also keep some in my fridge. It has a much sweeter taste than La Croix or Bubly. It feels less watery. It’s hard to explain. But I like it! The flavor I tried was Berry it Alive.
This is the best non-alcoholic brand to carry around at festivals and shows because it looks exactly like a tall can of beer.
Liquid Death, the canned water marketed with an edgy and irreverent attitude, left me feeling underwhelmed. While the concept is certainly attention-grabbing and the can design is distinctive, the product itself falls short. Essentially, it's just canned water with a hefty price tag, which doesn't seem justified given the alternatives available at a fraction of the cost. Moreover, the marketing approach, while unique, might not appeal to everyone, and the excessive packaging seems environmentally counterintuitive for a product as simple as water. Ultimately, it's a novelty that doesn't quite deliver on its promise, and there are more sustainable and cost-effective ways to stay hydrated.
