Nope. Ordered two tall fiddle leaf figs for $500+ each. Both lost most of their leaves immediately and it will take years to look like the image online. I understand there is expected leaf-fall when shipping a plant but this is way beyond what should be determined as acceptable. Furthermore, I bought these on behalf of my Clients (I'm an Interior Designer) and cannot sell these sad looking trees. Leon & George only offered me a store credit - but sadly I don't trust their product, customer service, or their shipping method, so can't imagine using this store credit. Therefore, I loose money and they keep theirs. Funny enough, scored two gorgeous taller trees at Costco for $50 each. Alas, not mad, just very disappointed.

Very disappointing customer service. I bought an expensive large olive bush which after some time developed scale. We tried many things to clean up the infestation, but realized that the plant was unlikely to survive. So I went back to Leon & George and re-ordered the same plant, same size, which now cost even more money. Shipping was delayed and when it arrived both the plant and pot are significantly smaller but with the same item number and description. When I reached out the company they cited increased costs to them, but they had not updated their item online. I complained that I paid even more for a significantly smaller product, and they offered me a relatively small gift card. I don't want another little plant, and the gift card does not hold value. I'm pretty appalled by this callous skimpflation. The company keeps citing their business needs, but doesn't seem to recognize that they are customer facing. I won't be back, nor will I recommend.
