Laura Chenel soft-ripened goat cheese Creamy Brie reviews and discussion

Fabulous brie. Easily good for a dinner gathering appetizer or a personal snack to cut up. It's flavorful, not too rich, and pairs well with everything in my fridge. It's a go-to when I'm craving cheese.

I really love goat milk and a couple weeks ago I was at Trader Joe's looking for a different cheese to snack on and discovered this goat milk Brie. I am so happy to have found this, it is the most delicious Brie that I've ever tasted. At first I wasn't sure if I needed to remove the outer white as other Brie's that I've tried have been inedible. This Brie is so good and the outer white mold actually gives it a really good flavor! This cheese has become my go to cheese for snacking!
