I like tech so a new way to have fresh water is good in my book.

I have a Purvis 2 I like the water bottle. I find it a bit annoying. I can't tell what is filled enough so I don't spill water when I put the straw top on. Maybe a line or indicator would be helpful so I stop spilling water on me. Other than that, it is great. I would even like a bigger one because I find myself refilling it often to make sure I am hydrated. The app is what I am having the most trouble with. It doesn't notify me to drink, so I use my own methods. I wish it would let me know when my top battery is low. I keep forgetting to charge it, so if I don't know it's low, the app isn't tracking my water intake. That was part of the reason I bought it, so that's annoying me too. I feel like it has great potential to be awesome. Especially if the app had widgets, I could keep it on the home screen of my phone or integrate it with my Apple watch so I could quickly see how much water I have had or other information from it. Also, personally, I need more options for drinks, just one option for "other". I drink sparkling water, and there is no option for that, so I don't know what to say it is when adding it.

The design of the water bottle is great, though I wish it did come in a larger size since I do drink a lot of water per day. I love that I can set it to 2 different modes and the bottle will light up when it's cleaning itself. Very intuitive bottle and I love that it's nearly self-sufficient. I did start running into problems a couple of weeks after use where it kept giving me an error message in the app that my water bottle was out of range. This happened when my phone was right next to my water bottle, and it was fully charged. It's been going in and out of pairing so my hydration levels aren't always correct. Also, the filter/straw combination did make drinking water a little harder than I'm used to. It's not a fully open flow so it requires more effort to get water up the straw. As I've been using it, the straw has gotten more constricted and it's virtually impossible to get any water up the straw. I've cleaned the filter, the straw and anything else I can think of but nothing seems to help. The only way I can use the bottle is by taking the top off, but then I'm not getting any of the filter advantages or self-cleaning use. I really hope I can figure out a way to open this up because without it, I won't be able to continue using the water bottle.

The PureVis 2 is garbage. I saw a Facebook add and thought it would be great to get for my wife and I. Everything about it is cumbersome. The straw engineering is terrible. The bottle itself leaks. The syncing to the app is buggy. The customer service is terrible. I tried to return it to LARQ noting it isn’t working for us and we were told it couldn’t be returned. Ummm. Your product isn’t working for us and it’s $200 for 2 water bottles!!! Terrible Shark Tank Facebook scam. Stay away from this company. Bad products. Bad customer service. They don’t accept the return because they know their products are bad. It’s a money grab backed by slick marketing. If the product were that good, they’d stand behind it…

Do not purchase from this company! Poor communication. I’ve reached out multiple times to attempt to get an update on an order I placed two weeks ago with express delivery with a single response simple stating it comes from a different warehouse. I get an email today from their marketing team to order now to receive their water bottle by Christmas (a week away) when they can’t even get me my order I placed on the 4th. Buyer beware as this company’s communication is some of the worst I’ve ever seen.

Beautiful, elegant, minimal, and high tech products that meet everyday needs. This is everything I love about products. The design and technology are top notch. The products make me want to drink more water.

I use the pitchers regularly and have given them as gifts. I originally purchased one and was so pleased with the purity of the water is use for humans and pets!
