Kri is my favourite skin care brand. First of all, it literally restored my hypersensitive skin. For years I have been struggling to find a product that doesn’t cause stinging and redness - I had a damaged lipid barrier and even all the ceramide etc creams were no good. And then I found Kri… it started with an oil cleanser which truly cleans so well and so gently. I removes all the make up and I don’t even need to use exfoliant anymore - I simply massage the cleansing oil for a bit longer and the dead skin cells come off. So after liking the cleanser I decided to try everything else… the vit C + bakuchiol were life changing and I am truly mean it. Like I said, I used to have hypersensitive skin… so I started slowly, diluting the serum with prickly pear oil, applying it only once a week, then gradually increasing until I was using it undiluted every day. The results were amazing - my skin stopped being so sensitive, I no longer get pimples (well except when I binge on too many chocolate bars), and I just look fresher and more rested. Skin barrier has been restored, my skin is more resilient. My friend was suffering with life long eczema so I bought him Niacinamide cream (I believe it’s called Timeless), and ever since he has been using it, his flare ups are kept away. He now also can’t live without Kri. Their customer service by the way is really good. They are very transparent and helpful and they got your back if something goes wrong. I absolutely LOVE Kri, not just because it works but also because of the zero waste option for nearly all of their products (I’m looking at you, SPF - it used to be in a glass bottle but now it’s in plastic tube and ingredients are no longer clean (propanediol is a known irritant)). To be fair, it makes me anxious seeing their “improved” SPF, I hope they don’t start adding shady ingredients and plastic packaging to the rest of the range because I don’t know what we will do if our current favourites will change.
