This shake was okay. Because of the price I was expecting it to be awesome but it’s what you’d expect. I do appreciate a healthier shake option at regular grocery stores and gas stations. Definitely not a shake that I’m super jazzed about but not mad either.
Koia plant-based protein drinks are a great alternative to traditional protein drinks. I love the variety of flavors available. My favorite flavor is the cold brew coffee. It has a taste that is comparable to more traditional coffee drinks but with added health benefits like protein.
The cacao is absolutely my favorite protein shake. This one tastes amazing and I have bought several since my first purchase. I want to try the others but afraid I wouldn’t love it as much as this one.
Koia Chocolate Banana Protein Shakes are thick, creamy and chocolatey with just a hint of banana. They are one of my favorite grab-and-go shakes when I don’t have time to make my own. It’s high in protein, 18 grams of protein and has no dairy. It’s low in sugar so it’s a perfect choice if you are a diabetic. Seriously delicious and good ingredients too? What’s not to love?
