One of my go-to protein shakes! I definitely trust this brand. All of their flavors are yummy, filling and there are a lot of varieties! The price isn't too bad either which is also a plus. I will continue to buy these products.

This shake was okay. Because of the price I was expecting it to be awesome but it’s what you’d expect. I do appreciate a healthier shake option at regular grocery stores and gas stations. Definitely not a shake that I’m super jazzed about but not mad either.
Koia plant-based protein drinks are a great alternative to traditional protein drinks. I love the variety of flavors available. My favorite flavor is the cold brew coffee. It has a taste that is comparable to more traditional coffee drinks but with added health benefits like protein.
The cacao is absolutely my favorite protein shake. This one tastes amazing and I have bought several since my first purchase. I want to try the others but afraid I wouldn’t love it as much as this one.
