This shake was okay. Because of the price I was expecting it to be awesome but it’s what you’d expect. I do appreciate a healthier shake option at regular grocery stores and gas stations. Definitely not a shake that I’m super jazzed about but not mad either.
Koia plant-based protein drinks are a great alternative to traditional protein drinks. I love the variety of flavors available. My favorite flavor is the cold brew coffee. It has a taste that is comparable to more traditional coffee drinks but with added health benefits like protein.

These are protein beverages available in refrigerated form. At places like Whole Foods, they have a lot of unique flavors for the chocolate, fruity, and coffee lovers. I wish the texture was a bit thicker like a shake to make it more satisfying, and the price is too high for one bottle
The cacao is absolutely my favorite protein shake. This one tastes amazing and I have bought several since my first purchase. I want to try the others but afraid I wouldn’t love it as much as this one.
