It’s working thank goodness. Before I was only menstruating once every three months for the last two years. I went to my local women’s health provider about it and all she told me was “everybody’s different” and sent me on my way with no advice or guidance. I’ve only been using knowell for a few weeks but my period is back with only 40 days since my last period. It’s definitely helped with bloating, my skin and mood has improved. I’m trying to lose weight it’s been slow progress but I think it’s helping me with my weight loss also.
