  • We "upgraded" our with 100% KitchenAid. By far the biggest remodeling mistake we ever made. We purchased new, Induction cooktop, Hood vent, Microwave, Oven, Convection oven/Microwave, and Fridge. Dropped over $10K on what was to be fantastic appliances. We have had to call out for service on EVER SIGNLE ITEM. The fridge, microwave and over multiple times. Not one appliance lasted more than couple of years before needing expensive repairs. The Induction cooktop was incorrectly wired at the factory. I called and talked to the KitchenAid rep about the factory defect. They politely told me to piss off and that there is nothing they would do. Then they mailed me a 15% off coupon. So for us, it's a horrible product with horrible service. Never again.

  • The range that we now purchased needs to be recalled to correct the bad design of all the knows. If you walk past and knock them they switch on and the plate is then lit up. We had one of these 42 inch ranges for 20 years and they never did this. It's a real bad design and a safety hazard.

  • I love my KitchenAid. I also have everything you can buy to add to it

  • Our stand mixer is an absolute workhorse. From bread dough to cookies to slicing vegetables, it handles every task with ease.

  • I have a set of pots and pans from Kitchen Aid and the quality is wonderful. I’ve used other more budget brands and they don’t compare. They last forever and feel sturdy.

  • The KitchenAid mixer has been a huge plus for me, particularly in making protein balls. It has made the mixing process 1000% easier, turning what used to be a chore quick. The price might seem steep at first glance, but for anyone who finds themselves using it at least once a week, it's an investment that pays off. Cleaning isn't too bad once you get the hang of it. It's encouraged me to start baking and cooking more at home. I'm happy to rate it 4 stars. The only thing holding me back from a perfect score is the initial cost that might be too high for most.

  • I’ve been using my kitchen aid mixer for years. It’s one of the most used appliances in my kitchen and I couldn’t say enough good things about it. It feels so well made and sturdy that it will last a lifetime or longer. It’s a wonderful piece of kitchen equipment that I would recommend to any home cook looking to make their lives easier in the kitchen. Nothing bad to say about kitchenaid at all.

  • Best mixer on the market hands down, love the colours and how easy they are to clean. Worth the money, it will last you a lifetime

  • I got the Artisan mixer refurbished off KitchenAid's website for Christmas. This is hands down a MUST for the busy baking season around the holidays. The attachments are easy to navigate and the machine is super easy to use. I also have the pasta making attachments and they're a breeze! Will never go back to a typical handmixer

  • I love my KitchenAid mixer! I use it all of the time to make cookies, bread, mashed potatoes you name it! I’ve had it well over 3 years now and it’s still in great condition. HIGHLY recommend

  • The KitchenAid mixer is a powerhouse in the kitchen, effortlessly tackling everything from bread dough to cake batter. Its performance is unmatched, making baking tasks much simpler. However, its considerable size is a double-edged sword. While it's robust and efficient, it's also quite bulky, making it a challenge to use frequently, especially in smaller kitchens or for quick tasks. It's fantastic for avid bakers who use it regularly, but for occasional use, its size can be a bit cumbersome.

  • Excellent product, especially for bakers. The only negative is storage for this with small kitchens.

  • Absolutely love my stand mixer!! I've made all sorts of things with it that I never thought I'd make like bread!

  • While I don't use it every day, I LOVE my KitchenAid stand mixer. I grew up only using hand mixers which never really impressed me so making the switch was easy. I've made a ton of cookies and other pastries with them and they've always turned out so much better than the old method. The true impressive parts were making mashed potatoes and homemade whipped cream. I'd never been brave enough to try either until I had the stand mixer, but now they're both my go to items and SOOO easy. It's great to be able to have my hands free to add ingredients as I go, easily change speeds and even walk away for a second if needed. Plus it cleans so easily in the dishwasher. The only real downside is the weight and size of the machine. Since I have the full size, it's a little too big to keep out all the time which means picking it up which is pretty heavy. If it were lighter or could be made more compact (without losing overall real size), it would be even better and I'd likely use it even more often. In the end though, I love it and have definitely gotten my money's worth.

  • The mixing machine was great but customer service isn’t that great

  • Whenever i see the name Kithenaid I know it's a quality product. I'm sure I must have at least 3 or 4 different appliances made by them including a can opener, hand mixer and others I cannot think of for the life of me.

  • Our mixer is the best and most reliable appliance in out rental. Not to mention its also the oldest. My partner is a a baker and his mom gave him her mixer that she got when she was younger - maybe 20 Years old.

  • Our KitchenAid appliances (double convection oven, gas cooktop, and stand mixer) are by far the most reliable appliances we've ever had. We've never had to get them repaired. Ever. The stand mixer is obviously the standard for the industry. It's a workhorse that we use nearly every day. We've had a KitchenAid stand mixer for over 40 years. The double convection oven has all the features we'd ever need and works perfectly. We've had the gas cooktop for 35 years, without ever having any kind of problem. I'll only buy KitchenAid when we have to replace any other appliances.

  • I love my kitchen aid mixer! I’ve had it for years and it’s still works like it’s brand new.
