Kinn is the first brand that comes to mind for me when I'm looking for quality jewelry. I've received a ring as a gift, and have so many other pieces on my wishlist. The branding and packaging is so nice, and their customer service team is always so responsive.

I bought this as a gift for my MIL, and when it arrived it looked great, packaging was pretty and engraving looked nice. Unfortunately Kinn doesn't offer a service (or any instructions or assistance at all) for printing and fitting photos into your locket, and it wasn't easy. Even worse, the clasp broke not even 2 months after I gave her the gift. She's having it repaired, but it's embarrassing to give a gift that breaks so easily, making it seem low quality. Very disappointing, especially for the price tag.
