    Democratizing better quality home baking. My kind of brand. I rely on their gluten free as well as bread flours but a big win was their sourdough starter which we’ve had alive for two years now, it produces excellent bread!

    Baking sourdough is such a fun pastime for me and using KA flour is a must. It gives the best results in texture and flavor and is high quality. Literally when the product is mostly flour you have to have the best. And KA delivers time and time again. Plus it’s employee owned!

    We buy a lot of King Arthur Baking Products because they offer really good gluten free mixes. Their gluten free pancake mix is definitely a favorite. We make it with applesauce instead of eggs to keep it vegan and they’re fluffy and delicious.

    Again, this is another gluten-free option I was pleased with. I found the quality of King Arthur All-Purpose Flour to be very impressive. I also greatly appreciate that they are an employee-owned company, which shows their priorities.
