I tried the lemonade flavor of KinderLyte alone and it tasted like lemonade with a salt added. Not enough to be completely off putting but it was there. Having this with food the saltiness was not noticeable. I did try this one day where I was a bit dehydrated with a mild headache. It did make me feel better and the headache disappeared.
