KIND Snacks earns largely positive reviews for tasty, convenient bars that feel like real food and travel well, though opinions split on healthfulness. Reviewers praise recognizable ingredients, satisfying crunch, and standout flavors like Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt and Caramel Almond & Sea Salt, while calling out higher sugar, occasional melting, hard textures with quinoa, and nut-heavy formulas that won’t suit everyone.

Kind snacks are a healthy option that tastes good. I like the combination of chocolate and nuts. My favorite flavor is the peanut butter and dark chocolate. I like that it has whole nuts in it as well, which adds to the health aspect.

These are just fine, nothing crazy good, nothing crazy bad. In terms of ingredients they have all kinds of sugar, gums, and seed oils that I prefer to not put in my body. I've tried the dark chocolate and the peanut butter dark chocolate. I would say to find a different brand.

KIND had a great idea when they launched. Snacks with ingredients you could pronounce. And honestly I liked all their products that did not have whole nuts in them (I know that eliminates about half their products but no matter what form you put a nut in I just can't choke the things down) so I liked their oat based bars I guess. However, I always thought the bars were a bit overpriced and really feel that is the case now. So many other brands have launched that offer the same type of product with whole ingredients at the same or an even better price that I rarely purchase KIND anymore. I also feel like the other brands taste better (again that is probably due to my hatred of nuts). All in all I would recommend the product but caution you on its expense, and if nuts arn't your thing then avoid the nut based bars.

I have really liked the three different bars I've tried from this brand. My favorite is the crunchy peanut butter one, but they're all pretty good. The price for these isn't too high. There is a little bit of sugar in these, but it's not bad compared to other brands' bars. I like that these have better ingredients in them than some of the other mainstream bars do.

I like the kind bars for a long time but they got really hard and the quinoa got stuck in my teeth a lot and I honestly got sick of eating them for so long. I do like their sunflower seeds in the container.

Snack smart but tasty with these bars that actually taste like real food. Perfect for on-the-go energy without the guilt or mystery ingredients. My purse staple for sure. Kind Bars are packed with wholesome ingredients, offering a satisfying crunch and a boost of nutrition. They're a convenient and delicious way to fuel your day.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Kind bars are the granddaddy/grandma (or at least one of the grandparents) of healthy snack bars. Though their health benefits might be arguable, for me at least they are invariably tasty. Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt and Caramel Almond & Sea Salt are among my favs, but there seems to be a flavor combo for everyone. Back in the day, when they were independent, they were among the healthier options out there, though they're now owned by Mars (the candy bar company) and dozens of alternatives (some better, some worse) have come to market. Still, I almost always have one or two around the house and recommend them as a great snack.

Like a lot of other people said, the sugar is higher than it needs to be. I have KIND products as more of a "treat" because of it. They ARE tasty. Lately, I've kept their Breakfast Protein bars on hand if I need some calories on the go and a little extra protein. 8 grams is less than what I consider a "protein bar" but it's a sweet treat that goes well with coffee for a breakfast on the go. The ingredients are clean and I believe most products are vegan. The frozen treats are especially indulgent.

Simple and minimal ingredients and love the minis! Perfect for when you need a pick me up or just something to satisfy a sweet craving. They do tend to melt easily so keep that in mind when packing for travel or snacks.

I have the KIND granola bars frequently but this was my first time with their granola. I love the simple ingredients.

I eat Caramel Almond and Sea Salt almost daily and have been doing so for a few years. The other flavours are great, but the caramel ones, I find, are suitable for lactose intolerance!
Kind Snacks are a solid choice for a healthy snack, and I love that they’re made with wholesome ingredients. The flavors are good, though some bars could use a bit more punch. Overall, they’re satisfying and perfect for on-the-go, but there’s room for a bit more variety and boldness in taste!
I like Kind Bars overall—they’re convenient, taste great, and have real ingredients you can recognize, which I appreciate. They're perfect to keep in your bag or car when you're in a rush and need something quick. Some flavors, like the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt or the Peanut Butter ones, are especially good if you’re craving something a little indulgent. That said, they’re higher in sugar than I’d like, especially for something marketed as a healthy snack. I’ve found that I can’t really rely on them regularly because of that. They’re fine once in a while or on busier days, but I do wish there were more lower-sugar options that didn’t taste like cardboard.
I like most of the KIND bars, they always taste pretty great and are generally low calorie. I especially like the dark chocolate ones, they are really rich and a great snack that I can usually keep in my purse and use for quick snacks.
I travel a lot for work so I always grab a couple kind bars to take with me because they are so handy to have when you are out and about. They taste good and are more convenient to carry than bags of almonds or nuts. Would be great if they didn't come in plastic packaging
