I love the Karite Creme Corps. It difficult to find a body moisturizer with minimal chemicals that works well, smells good, that you can actually afford. I appreciate that it absorbs well into my skin and leaves my skin feeling comfortable and refreshed. I use straight Shea butter for smaller spots that need attention but it is too much for me to put all over. I also like that this product comes in a tub so I can access all of it. Overall I love this product and highly recommend it.

Karité sources its shea butter from women owned farming co-operatives in northern Ghana, so every purchase contributes to supporting those women and their communities. We also established a program called #sheaforsoles, where we donate new and gently worn sneakers to the women so that they are more comfortable while walking to and working at the farms. We are also intentional about our sustainability practices -- we use sustainable African crops, utilize plant-based ingredients, use recyclable and earth friendly packaging and packing components, we manufacture locally, and offer carbon-neutral shipping.
