Ordered the modcase with battery for the ROG ally over a month ago and haven't seen it yet. When I contacted JSAUX for an update, they said they'll send a replacement, as I wasn't looking to wait another 2 weeks I asked for a refund which they refused to offer. Now I am still waiting on the replacement. Word to the wise, stay away.

I ordered the Steamdeck oled modcase + 11 in 1 dock. Works great. Material is strong and feels premium and also the service is good. I had contact with customer services because I ordered a day before it went into sale. They immediately transfered the money that I payed more for then the sale.

I mistakenly selected a wrong item and even though the ordering period on Kickstarter has expired they remedied the situation promptly via few short emails.

I just bought a Mod Case for my Ally and I can tell you it is mazing! 
good quality, nice materilas and solid stuff. I love it! And very practical during travel because it is protecting all around my handheld and not taking any space.   

Had a couple straps have defects and JSAUX responded to me extremely fast is sending me replacements and is fantastic to work with! Thanks Ashley with all the support! 

I have the steam deck (first version) and I bought the Transparent Shell Series RGB, I followed the instructions on the website and I was able to make the change without any problems, the product is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

I had ordered a phone dock from Jsaux. The courier made the mistake of delivering it to the wrong address. I reached out to Jsaux and their customer service was stellar. They corrected the problem and reshipped a replacement phone dock. I tested the dock and it is just what I needed. Perfect charging speed, display out via USB C, additional USB A ports for additional connections just PERFECT!

The steam deck mod case is really great for long play sessions, feels really high quality and has a great grip ! 
The screen protectors for the steam deck didn't apply well but the company was very professional and sent a replacement, the customer service was top notch. 
Would wholeheartedly recommend using their products, will buy more in the future for sure !
