They are awesome their products are so cool.i bought a modcase and tempered glass scree protector (matte).Iam so satisfied with their products. About the modcase it feels like an extra armor for my rog ally.its so nice and it adds more grip to my rog ally.with their built in kickstand it's more comfortable now I can easily put it on a table and connect my Bluetooth controller and play handsfree. It comes with a travel protection cover on top it too adds extra protection to my screen. About the tempered glass it made my device screen antiglare.and with the package they provide those aligner .it made the job so easy and hassle free Am so in love with their products I'll surely recommend their products to everyone Thanks jsaux for your great products One more thing I want to add up that when I ordered it for the first time I had issue with shipping and I didn't received the product. Right away when I contacted their support they where so quick and responsible in customer satisfaction. Purchased FlipGo 16" Touchscreen Monitors, Snap VESA mount and Snap Stand from JSAUX. Items arrived in a timely fashion and seemed to be of solid build quality. That is where things stopped being good. The magnets on both the Snap Stand and Snap VESA mount were not strong enough to hold the monitors in place and I now have a nice dent in my bamboo desktop because of their poor performance. Secondly, the monitors started to flicker, dim (even with power supplied) and restart after just one day of use. Touch controls work off an on but not reliably and they really are not a one cable solution if you need a screen brightness of over 50%. So, since they advertise a hassle free return process I reached out. I am 10 days and over 10 emails in to them and they still have not authorized the return. Emails come back asking for more information, video clips of the problem and offers to accept a 20% discount or replacement. The screens are not what they say they are, their Kickstarter page is ripe with the flicker issue, Redit has many entries on the poor magnet performance. They are not offering me a hassle free return and I have had to report them to the Washington State Attorney General's office of Consumer Affairs and file a claim with PayPal. Like others who have reviewed, your time and money will benefit from going elsewhere.

I bought the modcase and 12-1 docking for a ROG Ally. So far i am totally satisfied with the quality of the products, materials and manufacturing. It is good to find products for your specific lifestyle and gadgets. The experience of buying from the website and the service for the products bought from Amazon is great. I will definitely buy again.

I had ordered a phone dock from Jsaux. The courier made the mistake of delivering it to the wrong address. I reached out to Jsaux and their customer service was stellar. They corrected the problem and reshipped a replacement phone dock. I tested the dock and it is just what I needed. Perfect charging speed, display out via USB C, additional USB A ports for additional connections just PERFECT!

I have the steam deck (first version) and I bought the Transparent Shell Series RGB, I followed the instructions on the website and I was able to make the change without any problems, the product is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

The clear backplate for the Rog Ally looks awesome! It fits perfect and you can keep a larger heatsink on your device if you choose not to use the RGB add-on. The sticker for the battery is a great cosmetic touch. The ventilation holes are larger and slightly improve internal temps with increased air flow. Pair it with the white jsaux silicone hand grips and anti-glare screen protector and you’re all set for a great experience. Their customer service team is top notch if you need assistance.

The fitment and quality of the ROG Ally transparent back plate is amazing! Looks great too. I also got the docking station and once again it is a quality product. They threw in a pair of free silicone grips, i was surprised by how much i liked them! Great customer service! Shipping will take a while in todays current state of affairs for the world. But it was worth the wait!

Recently bought a dock and case for the ROG Ally, received a faulty dock at first and tried to reach customer service to ask for replacement. Few days later received a message and they're sending a new one for FREE!!! Huge thanks to Yvonne and Ashley for processing this case! After sales of JSAUX is top notch!

I have order a few accessories for my steam deck (case protector, screen protector, and cables, dock, etc) So far all good and no issues. Customers has been flexible as well. I recommend anyone with a steam deck to try it.

Quite impressed by the quality of the Transparent Backplate for SD Oled. Delivery was quite fast, installation was so easy and also had to cancel one order which support took over quite fast and solved the issue for me. Overall the service was indeed awesome.

I am very sceptical about kickstarter campaings, but I needed folding monitors for my upcoming travel. so I backed FlipGo monitors - 16" Pro model. They arrived and I have some observations: 1. For 16" double monitors they are relatively light 2. Monitors are easy to use, one cable, can be powerded from laptop or when connected to the power source monitors can charge laptop - working great and reducing mount of needed cables. 3. Solid, good quality buid and great packaging. 4. crisp display. Here are some disadvantages: 1. When monitors are powered from laptop they are very dim (brithness at 10). In office or in nice room it is not an issue and it allows to work, but might not be so comfortable to workin full sun. It would be nice to have some more freedom to adjust brithness in that mode. For me it is not an issue as I use reverse charging and I am charging laptop from monitors which is very convinient. 2. It would be also nice to have possibility to switch monitors while connecting other devices like Steam Deck or Nintendo Switch, but as the main market is rather business in my opinion it is a secondary matter. In summary - product is great and has good quality. Fully recoomended. Additionally support is very responsive nad nice :)

The steam deck mod case is really great for long play sessions, feels really high quality and has a great grip ! The screen protectors for the steam deck didn't apply well but the company was very professional and sent a replacement, the customer service was top notch. Would wholeheartedly recommend using their products, will buy more in the future for sure !

Had a couple straps have defects and JSAUX responded to me extremely fast is sending me replacements and is fantastic to work with! Thanks Ashley with all the support!

I just bought a Mod Case for my Ally and I can tell you it is mazing! good quality, nice materilas and solid stuff. I love it! And very practical during travel because it is protecting all around my handheld and not taking any space.

The support team from JSAUX was absolutely amazing ;) I mistakenly selected a wrong item and even though the ordering period on Kickstarter has expired they remedied the situation promptly via few short emails.

I will always recommend JSAUX to friends and family, products are phenomenal and service is top class. You won't work with a company better than this! Love my JSAUX!
