I ordered the Steamdeck oled modcase + 11 in 1 dock. Works great. Material is strong and feels premium and also the service is good. I had contact with customer services because I ordered a day before it went into sale. They immediately transfered the money that I payed more for then the sale. Thank you Ashley from customer services.

Ordered the modcase with battery for the ROG ally over a month ago and haven't seen it yet. When I contacted JSAUX for an update, they said they'll send a replacement, as I wasn't looking to wait another 2 weeks I asked for a refund which they refused to offer. Now I am still waiting on the replacement. Word to the wise, stay away.

I am very happy with their products and especially their human responses through customer support.

I bought a JSAUX Mod Case for the Steam Deck almost a year ago. It is a FANTASTIC product, I love the feel of the case and all of the accessories that came with it, it was exactly what I was looking for; however, I did have a slight issue with the metal kickstand bracket that came with it. Well after a year of use, the metal kickstand finally broke (I did use it a lot btw). I looked online to see if I could purchase another kickstand but didn't see where one was available without having to but a whole new kit, which was what I was about to do. Before I did that, I thought I'd just randomly email their customer service over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Nina and Ashley quickly got back with me and told me that they would send me a brand new metal kickstand at no cost. Ashley stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made sure I felt appreciated as a customer, something that I think is completely lost on commerce today, so I was beyond happy about that. I will continue to do business with this company mainly because of how well I was treated, it goes a long way with me.

I've bought several things from JSAUX and all have been of good or great quality. I especially like their PSVR2 carry case. It's clean, well engineered and works well. Overall their products and service have been very good and I'll continue to use them.

Great product and even better customer support. I have the steam deck modulus case and it’s the perfect low profile case with battery holder.

Hi there, just writing the review to thank for the excellent support that i had. Bought a steamdeack dock (6in1) from amazon. A few days later when i touch the dock it disconnects the hdmi and keyboard. Tried woth another set (hdmi/keyboard) and the problem continues. After that i contact jsaux for support and send them a video of the problem. They send me another dock for free. Problem solved in 1/2 days!!! Many thanks for this excellent support! I bought already a couple of products from Jsaux fro my Steam deck. First was the vented back plate (awesome product, stylish + refreshing the steam deck at the same time). Later on I bought the dock. After a few weeks working awesomely it stopped working. Postsales service from Jsaux is really good and after checking the error with me they are sending me a replacement. I really recommend Jsaux for any accessory for the Steam Deck!

I’ve ordered their clear back plate for rog ally. Real good quality packaging and materials. Even a really nice scre deiver. Along with lots of extra that I was not expecting. Customer service was really good. I messed up the installation and they diagnosed it very quick. Bough the small dock off them too and works flawlessly.

I bought backplate for steam deck and silicone case. Silicone case is way to loose on steam deck. Support was very helpful and quickly send another case, but it was to loose to, so now they are sending silicone grips which should fit without any problems.

Really great brand. Always at the forefront of innovation - I've taken so many of their Steam Deck products, they are just by far the best and the value is great too. The dock is better than the official dock, and the modcase is better than the dBrand one which got a lot of press. Now they have an omnicase hub which is just a great product too. Everything is really well made, solid feeling, performs well, and the company also takes feedback really seriously too. Easy to get in touch with and they'll answer questions about their products whether you've bought them or not.

Ordered a mod case for steam deck that's been great but the kickstand broke after about 8 months. I contacted JSAUX to ask if I could order a replacement and they said they would send me one for free. Awesome support for a great product.

The experience has been pleasantly positive. The product is very well finished and it is noteworthy that it comes with everything needed to install it on the SteamDeck including screwdrivers and disassemblers, new screws and finger protectors. As for the service, despite the problem of missing the first shipment, the after-sales service acted diligently and solved the problem properly. Thank you Ivonne. Product is well built and performs well. I had a minor inconveniencing issue with a dock that I had ordered, however customer support was able to rectify the issue in good time and with little disruption! Very good service!

The case have a lot of space, you can put anything indispensable. The fan at the maximum speed help to prevent overheating. Although I had a fault with the fan, they will send me a spare part.

I have bought practically all Jsaux products and each and every one of them is magnificent. They have a very good quality of construction without having an excessive price for the quality and the great service they offer in about 10 products that I have purchased with them and have not had a single problem with them, they have always been fast and effective.
