The coffee isn't great. I was interested in trying their non-seasonal flavors so I went ahead and gave them a second shot. (pun intended) Then I had an abrupt trip come up, so I went to pause/move the shipment. Their website failed over and over, I tried again the next day and still got a "order is processing" email. I emailed them right away that day. They told me "too bad, we ship so fast we can't stop it" -- this is on a Sunday... I gave up after the back and forth. Gave me 23% discount on my order instead of fixing the problem. Alas, the package came and sat for around two weeks while I was out of town. I picked it up, and it didn't even have the new flavor I wanted to try so it's a complete bust. Customer service denies their system failed, called me a liar and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Maybe that Vanilla has a nice aftertaste and I would have been a long-term customer, but the rest of the coffees I tried have a chalky aftertaste and certainly not worth the hassle. Cancelled my subscription and won't look back.

My teens and I love Jot. One son never drank coffee until he tried an iced coffee i made him with jot. Now he loves jot iced coffee. People have complained about the price, it feels expensive but when you do the math its about $2 a coffee. Those foofoo coffees I love cost $5-6 so its worth it to me. As for the subscriotion I was annoyed when I made my 1st order but after tasting it I actually cancelled my other coffee subscription. I love how versitle it is too, coffee on ice cream check, coffee martini check, you get the picture.

The coffee was decent and if it was cheap I'd say it was worth it but, not only is it expensive for the quality, but it also expires within a pretty small time frame, and they try to upsell you to buy a bunch of them upon the first purchase. Not only that, they kind of sneak in that you're actually signing up for a subscription, so you're tricked into buying a bunch of something you won't finish by the next delivery date and if you want to cancel they try to trick you by asking if you're sure 3-4 times before actually letting you do it. By the end it felt like a total scam.

By far the most efficient caffeine hit I've been able to incorporate into my day. (I guess technically a caffeine PILL would be even more efficient, but pills don't taste as good.) I have a little Jot Espresso first thing in the morning. Every single morning. And if I'm traveling and forget to bring it with me, it just about ruins my whole day. It tastes good on its own (at least it does to me, an espresso drinker who doesn't usually use cream/milk or sugar), and it tastes good with hot water, or soda/tonic on ice. Very versatile and extremely convenient. Managing the subscription is nice and easy, too. Move the shipping dates, or skip a shipment, or adjust a shipment to try a new flavor, etc. And the system works on my phone too, which isn't always the case with subscription management. Been using Jot for about 3 years now, and I hope they don't stop making it!

Their packaging looks pretty and classic. But this coffee is too acidic for me. Following their recommendations of a tablespoon of coffee concentrate. My coffee tasted sour to me. Tried with both iced coffee as well as hot coffee. Dropping it down to a teaspoon helps with the sourness, but then I don't get my caffeine kick.
