  • Impressive dairy-free options
  • Inconsistent flavor execution
  • Occasionally icy, grainy texture
  • Some flavors overly sweet

Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

  • It’s good. Light texture. Good flavor. However, it doesn’t standout in a way that I would reach for it over other brands with comparable flavors

  • LOVE this ice cream. They have such unique flavors like Skillet Cinnamon Roll that are so delicious. I've even tried their vegan flavors which are just as good!

  • Amazing flavors, amazing textures. My favorite is the Gooey Butter Cake. They also have tons of dairy free and gluten free options! Some day I will try every flavor... They even have a pint club which would make a good gift for someone, or yourself if you don't have Jeni's available nearby.

  • I haven't found a flavor of Jeni's that I don't love. My favorite flavors are Brambleberry Crispy, Rainbow BFY (only in Jeni's stores I think), and Gooey Butter Cake. I love that they're always coming out with new products, especially in stores. At $10-12 a pint, though, the price is definitely on the steeper side so I only buy it when I want to splurge.

    Works for Jeni's Ice Creams
  • Very good and obviously high quality ice cream with great flavor options that stay innovative without going too far out the box. The price is outrageous though :( Perfect, incredible, best ever ice cream but the price of a pint is unreasonable in any budget.

  • I love Jenni’s! I used to go to the store all the time but now live in a place without a store there. Now I can get it at the grocery store and I love that!

  • Jeni’s is my favorite supermarket ice cream by far. I used to go their physical stores every so often but recently started getting pints from the store. The ingredients they use make an amazing product. I love how rich the cream is, and their execution for all their creative flavors have always been spot on. I have tried other ice creams in the price range but always return to Jeni’s. I prioritize texture and creaminess with my ice creams and Jeni’s is the winner in both departments. Buyers should be mindful however since there are many calories in each pint and it is hard not to put away the whole pint in a sitting or two.

  • Jeni's Bramble Berry crisp is the pinnacle of treat-your-self snack. The berry jam is well distributed within the ice cream and the little crisp flakes pop up in every bite. The ice cream scoops well out of the carton, and stays fairly solid while you eat it. Love how they've expanded distribution, now I can get it down the street on my local Target.

  • I had this item at a company event. I could tell that it was made with quality ingredients. I would definitely purchase this brand to try all the flavors.

  • Ridiculously good. A point docked only because the calories make it only an occasional treat. Doubtless, calories also make it ridiculously good. Faves are Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks and Goat Cheese with Red Cherries. I want some now...

  • I love Jeni's--both pints from the grocery stores and also going into the actual store (they opened one recently in walking distance from my house!). I love trying new flavors, but I think my all time favorite is Coffee with Cream and Sugar. I also love the smell of waffle cones that wafts out of the store.

  • Love the variety of flavors! And you can tell the ice cream quality isn't cheap, so you don't feel bad about fully enjoying these sweet treats. My husband is utterly obsessed with the salted peanut butter and chocolate flecks.

  • I love how they add new flavors regularly. Great ice cream! Brambleberry is my favorite flavor!

  • my in laws loved the subscription, such a fun idea :)

  • Its the best (the peanut-butter one!)

  • Have loved the Jeni's brand since we were lucky enough to have one open in Chicago in 2013. With a slew of creative flavors, there is always someting interesting to try. Brambleberry cirsp, Sweet cream biscuits & peach jam, and the Everything Bagel flavors are some of my favorites (idk why everyone is all about the Gooey Butter cake, not my thing, but its a crowd pleaser). While I am a B&J fan for life, I gotta admit that Jeni's does fruit flavors better than the boys do. Usually, I try and limit my consumption to stopping by the scoop shop in my neighborhood; because the price per pint feels egregiously high. Its cretainly not logical, but somehow paying 7 bucks for a waffle cone feels less offensive than paying 8-10 for a pint at the grocery store.

  • Hands down my favorite ice cream- best flavor is cherry and goat cheese!

  • Favorite ice cream!
