I love using this product daily. I add to my water or just do two squirts right under my tongue. There is barely any flavor so it’s super easy to use anytime of day. It’s a great way to keep my gut happy! Also love the sinus support!!

I have the Sinus Support spray from ION and it's great! Much more gentle than other nasal sprays, has natural ingredients that work, and love the branding!

Results? Not sure. But it’s easy enough to take and in theory helping my gut heathy so to me that is worth continuing

Love their gut support. Couldn't feel the benefits necessarily but felt my digestion was stronger while taking it.
