I've never liked protein powders - they taste chalky, not like the flavor on the label, and are hard to incorporate into daily life when you want to build muscle. I am a *huge* fan of this protein powder for the exact opposite reasons. It is delicious, smooth (literally), and so easy to add to a protein shake. I love making chocolate strawberry smoothies and banana chocolate peanut butter smoothies with this. HIGHLY recommend if you normally can't stomach protein powder.

Ever since I joined Innermost one month ago, I’ve been drinking The Fit Protein (chocolate) + oat milk most mornings. It tastes amazing, I have sustained energy levels throughout the day and even though I’m walking all over London every day I have very little muscle soreness!
