These puffs are the most "okay" puffs I've tried so far. They are fairly dense when compared to other puffs, but they don't taste particularly satisfying to bite into. I do love that they contain a lot of protein, but the white cheddar flavor itself is simply "fine". It's not a favorite of mine. Oddly enough these do slap in a weird way when eaten while intoxicated.

Ever open a bag of chips or puffs, take a bite, and immediately ask yourself, "Are these stale?" That's the reaction I had upon my first taste of In Good Hands White Cheddar Protein Puffs. The 2.1 oz package advertises that you get 24 grams of milk protein per bag, and you can definitely taste the milkiness and, in this case, the cheesiness., Unfortunately there's also a gumminess and chewiness to the puffs that is neither appealing nor appetizing. They're not horrible, but with so many other great competitors out there (Hippeas immediately comes to mind), I won't be purchasing them again.

I tried two flavors. Nacho cheese flavor taste slightly better than the white cheddar. It is very crunchy and salty, plus it sticks to my teeth at times. The texture tastes a bit plastic-like.
