  • I have Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune disease. I saw ads for Immy but have tried a lot of scam supplements in my healing journey so I didn't buy it, but was intrigued. My friend with Graves and TED got it and commented how well it worked for her. She just packed up a whole house and moved to Asia, and these gave her enough energy to do something that challenging everyday for almost 2 months. So I bought it last month during the prime sale to try, and I agree. It has given me so much energy and clarity. I do notice the days I forget to take it, but if I take it later in the day or evening it doesn't affect my sleep. I just feel good when I take it. Maybe if you don't have health problems its not good for you or you don't need it, but I have signed up for a subscription and am very excited to have a supplement that works for a change. I like that the packaging is recyclable and just a pouch. I store mine in a glass jar and I'll travel with the pouch.

  • Made me very nauseous. Also contains carrageenan, which is linked to intestinal inflammation and can exacerbate ulcerative colitis - kind of seems like it might cancel out any potential benefits! Clearly most of what you’re paying for here is advertising.

  • The first month I definitely noticed a reduction in anxiety and the anxiety kept at bay for awhile. Which wad extremely helpful for me and my driving anxiety. However, immy has shifted my physiology. Because the way I react to meds I don't take daily has shifted. Example, dramamine now makes me insanely nauseous and flucanzole I has to take made super dizzy! Also, now, I'm gaining weight. And my period cycle has been wacked out. I had severe breast tenderness last month and some cramping..which I rarely ever get. Altho it's helping with my moods and anxiety...I'm also experiencing water weight gain as well.. I've somehow gain 9 lb of fat and lost 9 lbs of muscle...I do a body scan. And I've gained an inch everywhere on my body, and at least 3 inches around my bust. I work out consistently AND eat write. My measurements and scan from 4 months ago was wayyyy better. Something is making this happen and it's definitely immy that is affecting my hormonal levels hard core. Be wary please.
