Humanhome.co is an incredibly disreputable business. The take money from customers and send them defective products. When there is an issue with their products, they do not answer their phone and take and unreasonable amount of time to respond. Even after they have approved a return, they do not refund money that is owed to the customer. It has been 46 days since they received the returned item. I have yet to receive a refund despite several attempts to contact them since they received the returned item in their possession. Also, still no response. They have unlawfully kept money that is due to me.
I have some of their wired plug in lamps. I have gotten many compliments on them, but I myself was slightly disappointed in the quality.

Do not buy from this store, possibly a scam. I ordered a wall scone from them, did not work so I email to ask for an exchange. Never hear back. Avoid this place to save your sanity
