  • We ordered two Jodie chairs for our showroom, expecting quality as advertised. After a frustrating 17-week wait—despite Hue-Gah claiming a 2-3 week delivery—the chairs arrived with stain marks, poor construction, and subpar quality. The fabric is cheap-looking and poorly fitted to the frame, with visible puckering around the back zippers that look cheap, despite the chairs’ high price. Additionally, the two chairs are not identical but rather similar, which is unacceptable for products marketed as the same item. Hue-Gah refuses to take responsibility, blaming the delivery method, even though it’s obvious that the issues stem from glue seeping through the inferior fabric. Their return policy is misleading and unfair. Although the FAQ claims the items are made-to-measure, this crucial detail is not on the product page as of 12/05/2025. Instead, it states “Enjoy the benefit of free worldwide returns,” implying the items are returnable. This is false, as they are custom-made and not eligible for return—something they deliberately hide. This blatant misrepresentation and refusal to address the faulty products are entirely unacceptable.

  • Avoid this scam dropshipping business. I should have read reviews online before purchasing from these criminals... A lamp I ordered from Hue-Gah Home took over 4 weeks to arrive, even though their shipping estimate was 2-3 weeks. It was dropshipped straight from China and I was disappointed to find it drastically different from what is pictured on their website. Instead of a warm glow, the lamp is an extremely bright white light. When I contacted Hue-Gah Home about this (Joan), they told me that I could change the colour of the lamp by switching it off and on. I explained that this did not work and even sent them multiple videos clearly showing the lamp as defective. They then did a complete backflip on this and now claim the lamp DOESN'T change colours and is supposed to be a bright white light as shown in the pictures and videos I sent. After I pushed back on this, they said I could package it up and send it back to China (at my own expense) AND pay a 10% restocking fee for a refund. This would cost almost as much as I paid for the lamp. I've been sent a lamp that's defective and/or drastically different to what I've been sold and they're trying to force me out of pocket for it. Do NOT buy from these criminals. It's nothing but a cheap dropshipping facade with zero quality or support. Even when you try to submit a review online, you get a confirmation message that states “Your review will be published as soon as it is approved by the shop admin.”

  • HueGah Home, Absolutely a scam company ! Do not buy here! They pretend to be Scandinavian but all that cheap materials come from China! I bought a metal rack and it had passed delivery time a long time ago after delivering 1 month too late ! It was also bumpy and really showed a lack of quality. When i reached out to them they said they couldn’t take it back because it was specially made for me! This does not say in the product description at all ! i send them screenshots and they just do not reply anymore! But i will make it my task that other clients are aware of buying this trash from their company! Louzy customer service! Never buying anything from them anymore! Cheap products for sky high prices and all is MADE IN CHINA. You have a lot of nerve to sell these low quality prices for such high amounts! And the audacity to not take it back even after showing the item is bumpy and faulty all over! You guys are scammers!
