We ordered two Jodie chairs for our showroom, expecting quality as advertised. After a frustrating 17-week wait—despite Hue-Gah claiming a 2-3 week delivery—the chairs arrived with stain marks, poor construction, and subpar quality. The fabric is cheap-looking and poorly fitted to the frame, with visible puckering around the back zippers that look cheap, despite the chairs’ high price. Additionally, the two chairs are not identical but rather similar, which is unacceptable for products marketed as the same item. Hue-Gah refuses to take responsibility, blaming the delivery method, even though it’s obvious that the issues stem from glue seeping through the inferior fabric. Their return policy is misleading and unfair. Although the FAQ claims the items are made-to-measure, this crucial detail is not on the product page as of 12/05/2025. Instead, it states “Enjoy the benefit of free worldwide returns,” implying the items are returnable. This is false, as they are custom-made and not eligible for return—something they deliberately hide. This blatant misrepresentation and refusal to address the faulty products are entirely unacceptable.
