  • Honestly shocked by how tasty this was. I thought for the sure the super trendy packaging would be one that lured me in and inevitably disappointed but wow, Hormbles Chormbles knocked it out of the park. Another reviewer mentioned it being a thinner and lighter nestle-crunch-ish vibe and I found that to be spot on. I got the sample I tried (Salted Fudge Crisp) for free but i'd definitely purchase that flavor myself again and i'm curious to know if the other flavors are as good. Now if I could just figure out how to say Hormbles Chormbles without sounding like mouth if full of chocolate...

  • It tastes like your average chocolate protein powder with a crunch. Personally, I hate that taste but I’ll give it 2 stars for the innovative idea. If you’re fine with that taste of chocolate protein powder then this is definitely one for you.

  • I was worried about the monk fruit and stevia in these since I haven’t liked a single product that has either in them, but I was shocked to find that I loved all of the Hormbles bars. They taste so good and satiate my need for a chocolatey treat at the end of the day. I can’t pick a favorite so I’ve purchased the variety pack multiple times. I will definitely continue to buy these!

  • The peanut butter crunch bar was ok. You can taste thar hint of whey protein.. It has a lack of peanut butter flavor. And it has an after taste from the stevia extract which I didn't care for, but it a nice little treat if you want a healthy snack.

  • I stumbled upon this brand at Popup Grocer in NYC. They seemed to be very popular in the store and I'm always looking for a healthier snacking option. I tried the peanut butter flavor and found that it was okay, but certainly not something I'd rush back for. I'd rather have less real chocolate than one of these.

  • Listen to me when i say, this is the best muscle-mommy, protein dupe, sugar free, chocolate bar you can get. Yes, they are very expensive, considering a serving is a whole bar. However, In my mind, i have decided to view these as a protein bar i eat as dessert. In that sense, it's comparable to a protein bar and justified. All of the flavors are equally good, so it depends on what your vibe is. The peanut butter is really good, but i still go back to the salted fudge flavor. Although they are more dry and fragile than a crunch bar, the mouth feel is pretty synonymous. I'm on my third box, and I don't regret it.

  • Easy to navigate site, although hard to find information on where the product is made. The product arrived in a cooling box and did not melt at all in shipping. Very happy with the shipping of the bars since the product wasn't damaged at all and it was all eco-friendly (plus you can re-use the ice packs they send). The product tasted much better then I expected as I am usually worried about things that claim to taste 'as good as candy.' I got a variety pack and all the flavors did not feel overly sweet or "healthy" tasting. I will say that some (particularly the peanut butter) were quite salty. I would also say the price is understandable but certainly on the higher end. I think I would be more likely to buy these in singles as a treat at the grocery store over a large pack. Also as they currently stand they are only availble to me with pricey shipping. Overall very good tasting and I would buy again as a special treat when I can. My main withholdings would be price, but that comes with a higher-quality product. Highly recommend starting with a variety pack since some flavors are better then others.
